Getting started

Where should I start?

Unless you already know what you want, start with the Free Google Checkup. It takes about a minute and shows what's holding you back. Want the full study and a written plan? That's the $97 Growth Blueprint. Already know you want more reviews? Go straight to tap cards.

What's the difference between the free checkup and the Growth Blueprint?

The free checkup is like a check-engine light: it looks from one spot next to your business, uses industry averages, and tells you something needs attention. The $97 Growth Blueprint is the mechanic's full report and repair plan: it looks from 25 spots across your area for up to 3 searches you pick, uses search counts for your area, shows why your top competitors win, ranks every gap, and gives you a written 90-day plan. See the side-by-side table on this page.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

No. You can buy tap cards on their own, or the blueprint on its own. Monthly plans are optional and month to month.

Who will I be working with?

My GB Profile, a Louisiana team. We reach out within one business day of any order or request.

What it all means

What is a tap card?

A card for your counter, truck or table. A customer holds their phone to the front and your Google review page opens, no app and no searching. The back has a QR code any phone camera can scan.

How does a tap card help me catch up on reviews?

Most happy customers mean to leave a review and then forget. A tap card lets you ask right when they're happiest, and it takes them seconds. More asks, made in person, means more reviews, and the cards count every tap so you can see it working.

Where do I put my tap cards?

Where happy customers already stand: by the register, on tables, at the front desk, or in your truck for jobs at a customer's place. Right after someone thanks you, say: “Would you mind leaving us a quick review? Just hold your phone here.” The card does the rest.

What is reputation management?

Looking after your Google reviews so you don't have to. We ask your customers for reviews by text and email, write a reply to every review in your voice, and tell you right away when one needs you. You get more reviews and never leave one unanswered.

What is the “top 3”?

When someone searches for a business near them, Google shows a map with 3 businesses listed under it. Those 3 get far more calls than the businesses listed below them, so that's where you want to be.

What is a rank map (heat map)?

Where you show up on Google depends on where the customer is standing. A rank map is a grid of dots over your area. Each dot is a spot where we searched Google. Green means you were in the top 3 there, gold means you were on the list but lower, and red means you were buried. It shows which neighborhoods you're winning and losing.

Why do reviews matter so much?

Google says review count and score are part of how it ranks local businesses. They're also what customers read before they call. A business with more recent, well-answered reviews usually gets the call.

How long will it take to catch up?

It depends on how many customers you see and how consistently you ask. Your report shows the math at about 10 new reviews a month. A steady pace matters more than a burst.

How do I know what I need?

Start with the Free Google Checkup. It shows the main gaps in about a minute. The $97 Growth Blueprint goes much further and gives you a written plan, so you know exactly what to fix and in what order.

Can I fix these things myself?

Yes. Everything in your checkup and blueprint is yours to act on, whether you do it yourself, hire us or work with someone else. The $97 Growth Blueprint is a step-by-step plan you can follow either way.

Tap Review cards

Do my customers need an app?

No. Newer iPhones and Android phones read the tap side with a tap. Any phone camera can scan the QR code on the back.

Where does the QR side go?

It starts on your Google review page. We can point it at your website, menu, booking page or a promo instead, and change it any time. Nothing needs to be reprinted.

What do the cards look like?

Your business name is printed on both sides. Pick the standard Google card, one of five clean templates, or Louisiana game-day colors when you order.

How fast do I get them?

We make cards as orders come in and reach out within one business day. Local orders can often be dropped off in person.

Can I order more later?

Yes. Order more any time, for more counters, trucks or tables.

How do I know they're working?

We count every tap and scan, so you can see which cards are bringing in reviews.

Free Google Checkup and $97 Growth Blueprint

Is the free checkup really free?

Yes. Search for your business and your results show on screen. No sign-up. You can print them or save them as a PDF.

What's in the $97 Growth Blueprint?

A rank map for each search: we search Google from 25 spots around town and color each one by where you show up. How many people search Google for those terms in your area each month, and what those customers are worth. Your top 3 competitors side by side, and why Google picks them. Every gap in your listing and website, in the order to fix them. How many reviews you need to catch up, and how long that takes. A written 90-day plan, plus a 15-minute walkthrough with us.

Why pay for a blueprint if I might not use your services?

Because it's useful either way. You get a clear roadmap of what's costing you customers and what to fix first. Follow it yourself, hand it to someone else, or have us do it.

How fast do I get the blueprint?

Within one business day. A person checks every one before it goes out.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody honest can; Google decides rankings. We give you a clear picture of where you stand and a practical plan to improve it.

What if I sign up for a plan afterward?

Your $97 is credited toward your first month.

Pricing and billing

What does it cost?

Tap cards are $30 for two, one time, with 30 days of reputation management included. The audit is $97. Monthly plans are quoted to fit your business; see the pricing page.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time.

What happens after my free 30 days?

We'll check in before it ends. Keep reputation management going, or keep using your cards on their own. They keep working either way.

How do I pay?

Online by card when you order. If you meet us in person, we can take payment on the spot.

Do you charge for ad spend?

Ad budgets are paid straight to Facebook or Google. Our fee covers setup and management.

Reviews and Google's rules

Do you follow Google's rules?

Yes. Every customer gets the same review link. We never filter out unhappy customers, buy reviews or write fake ones.

Can you remove bad reviews?

We can report reviews that break Google's policies, like spam. Honest negative reviews can't be removed, but a good public reply often wins the next customer anyway.

Will you text my customers without permission?

No. Requests only go to customers who gave you their number for your business, and every text includes a way to opt out.

Still stuck? Start with the Free Google Checkup. It answers most questions about your own listing in about a minute.
