What the words mean
- Google Business Profile
- The box that shows your name, stars, hours, photos and phone number when someone searches for you on Google or Maps.
- The top 3
- When people search for something near them, Google shows a map with 3 businesses under it. Those 3 get far more calls than the businesses listed below them.
- Rank map (heat map)
- A grid of dots over your area. Each dot is a spot where we searched Google. Green means you were in the top 3 there, red means you were buried.
- Reputation management
- Looking after your reviews: asking customers for them, replying to every one, and catching bad ones early. We do it for you.
